PJ Landers is an actor, comic, and owner of the Comedy Village comedy club in NYC, born and bred in Sunnyside-Woodside, Queens. He’s been part of the NYC comedy and acting scene for over 20 years, and started his stage career at age 4 as a tap dancer. He can be seen performing regularly throughout NYC and has appeared in several Off-Broadway productions as part of the city’s top theater groups.

On screen, PJ has been seen on Netflix’s “House of Cards” and Spike Lee’s “She’s Gotta Have It,” as well as “Kingpin” on the History Channel. He wrote and directed his first film, the award-winning drama “Rockaway Sunset.” He’s also been featured on “The Moth,” and took his one-man show, “Searching for Pop,” to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Beyond the stage, PJ has been drawing all his life on a recent trip to London, he visited Vincent van Gogh’s house and was bitten by the bug, and a follow-up trip to Paris to view more of Van Gogh’s work led him to meet his painting muse, fully realizing his art.
