Friday the 13th falls in the middle of November this year, and the 7 PM show turns any superstition into a good excuse for a laugh. NYC stand-up comedy at this early hour is the perfect opener to a weekend that promises to be anything but unlucky.
This early crowd arrives relaxed, often with dinner plans bracketing the show on either side. Comics open the weekend with confident, crowd-tested material, and the modest size of the audience means an easy, comfortable introduction for anyone new to the comedy club experience.
