Maximilian Spinelli is a comedian, actor, writer, and all-around peach of a human being. Blending a style that’s both conversational and confrontational, he’s built a brand that can only be described as “Premium Trash Bag.” A regular in the NYC club scene, his debut special “Finish Your Croissant,” filmed at New York Comedy Club, is available on YouTube.

He’s appeared in projects on Amazon Prime and Tubi, served as a comedian commentator on BuzzFeed News’ “Did You See This?”, and was named a “Breakout Headliner” by Broadway Comedy Club. He was tapped to pitch his scripted TV pilot at the 2023 Just For Laughs Festival and headlined a show at the 2025 New York Comedy Festival, with other festival appearances including the Connecticut Comedy Festival, Rogue Island Comedy Festival, and StandUp NBC where in 2019 he also competed at the Comedy Mob Festival and won the Sloshed Stand Up competition.

A passed comic at the Comic Strip on the Upper East Side and co-producer of the monthly Tell You What Comedy Show, Spinelli previously wrote and starred in “Marvel-less,” a pilot released in 2020 that won Best Web Series at the New York Film Awards and Best TV Pilot at Festigious Los Angeles. He also co-hosts the neighbors/comics riffing podcast “2 Kramers,” and is currently writing his first novel which will come up in most conversations. Oh, and you may have also seen him at your local cafe saying things like “What percent cacao is this?” and “Timothée Chalamet stole my career!”
