There are two kinds of Tuesday evenings in New York in September. The kind where nothing happens and the week continues. And the kind where you go to Comedy Village at 7 PM.
The September 22nd show is a rotating lineup of NYC comedians in an intimate Times Square room that has been producing great Tuesday shows all year and is arriving at the final week of September with the full confidence of a club that knows exactly what it’s doing on a Tuesday night. The material is fresh. The crowd is the specific mix of fall-season New York that Tuesday evenings in September produce, working people who earned a laugh, visitors who chose the right month to be in the city, and anyone else who looked at 7 PM on a Tuesday and decided it deserved better.
It deserves this. Comedy Village at 7 PM on a September Tuesday is one of those shows that turns a regular week into a week with something to point to. Come add September 22nd to that list.
